I'm Genese Daniels, The People's Partner, and I believe the workplace should work for the people in it.
I’ve spent 20 years mastering the mechanics of HR—partnering with General Counsel and managing complex Payroll and Benefit systems—but my true work has always been advocacy for the people.
I’ve spent hundreds of hours on the phone with individuals navigating the high-stakes reality of leave-of-absence crises, accommodation requests, and the delicate transitions in and out of the workplace during personal challenges. I’ve spent just as many hours in implementation meetings with vendors, TPAs, and Union Representatives, and in the offices of CEOs and HR leaders. My role has always been the same: demanding accountability and real data from the systems meant to support the people behind them.
I bridge the gap between complex corporate systems and the human heart. With an MBA in HR Management and a Master's in Marriage and Family Therapy, I see the soul and the system at the same time - equipping employees to protect their dignity and empowering businesses to lead with excellence. My approach is rooted in Agape: a commitment to kindness that ensures your well-being is never sacrificed for a process.
